Bahut se students ko padhai me mann nahi lagta, jiski wajah se result par bhi asar padta hai. Padhai me focus lane ke liye sabse pehle ek daily study routine banana zaroori hai. Fix time par padhai karne se aadat ban jati hai. Padhai ke time mobile phone door rakhna chahiye, kyunki notifications focus tod dete hain. Chhote-chhote goals set karein, jaise 30 minute padhai aur 5 minute break. Isse dimag thakta nahi hai. Apni pasand ke subject se shuruat karna bhi helpful hota hai. Jab interest banta hai, to mushkil subjects bhi aasan lagne lagte hain. Notes bana kar padhna aur important points highlight karna yaad rakhne me madad karta hai. Healthy lifestyle bhi padhai ke liye zaroori hai. Puri neend, thoda exercise aur sahi khana dimag ko active rakhta hai. Regular practice aur positive soch se padhai me mann lagna shuru ho jata hai.

 Aaj kal log raat me der tak mobile phone use karte hain, jo health ke liye achha nahi hota. Mobile screen se nikalne wali blue light aankhon aur dimag par bura asar daalti hai. Isse neend aane me problem hoti hai.

Raat ko zyada mobile use karne se aankhon me jalan, headache aur stress badh jata hai. Neend puri na hone ki wajah se subah thakan mehsoos hoti hai aur padhai ya kaam me focus kam ho jata hai. Students ke liye ye problem aur bhi serious ho sakti hai.

Mobile addiction se bachne ke liye sone se kam se kam 1 ghanta pehle phone band kar dena chahiye. Night mode ya blue light filter ka use karna bhi faydemand hota hai. Kitab padhna ya halka music sunna better option hai.

Achhi neend se health aur mind dono strong rehte hain. Isliye raat me limited mobile use karna ek achhi aadat hai.
