 Bahut se students ko padhai me mann nahi lagta, jiski wajah se result par bhi asar padta hai. Padhai me focus lane ke liye sabse pehle ek daily study routine banana zaroori hai. Fix time par padhai karne se aadat ban jati hai.

Padhai ke time mobile phone door rakhna chahiye, kyunki notifications focus tod dete hain. Chhote-chhote goals set karein, jaise 30 minute padhai aur 5 minute break. Isse dimag thakta nahi hai.
